Naxalism is capable to high- head again .
According to the recent statement of home
minister , naxalism is on it's verge . Our believe on the statement
refers to the controlled situation in the hand of defense personnel .
According to South Asian terrorism portal , 122 naxals have been
killed in the first 6 month of 2018 . It highest in recent 8 years
. Another evidence of bad situation of naxals is that their
stronghold has been diminished to 90 districts from 223 districts .
The way government has executed the
plan on the basis of protection and development , is the reason for
the control on naxal problem . The government took the step for
diminishing poverty along-with building roads , school , mobile tower ,
bank , post-office in naxal prone reason . A research published by
Brooking Blocks says that less than 3 % people of India will be
called poor till 2022 . According to a speculation , situation of
chronic AND extreme poverty will completely end till 2030 .

Government effort is appreciable , and
also a sign towards positive future . But in the last 50 years , it
has happened 2 times when government has understood it has ended .
With the arrest of Charu Mjumedar in 1971 and death of naxal
leadership in 1972 end of this terror was deemed to be .
Naxals arose again in 1980 with the
formation of Peoples' War Group in Andhra Pradesh and gradually
spread in many states . Consternation was on it's height on 1991 ,
when government strangulated them .
The 3rd stairway of this
problem started in 2000 with the formation of Peoples' Guerrilla Army .
They dipped their roots by coping with Maoist Communist Party in
2004 . In 2000 , the then prime minister said , ' extremist left is
the biggest danger for the country ' while addressing police
superintendents .
Despite the strength shown by government
to control naxals , but the key reason of the birth of naxalism has
not ended . Expert committee of Planning Commission warned in 2008
itself that unequal distribution as well as lack of accessibility of
justified opportunities right after independence have created a sense
of dissatisfaction in downtrodden and backwards class of society .
Today , on e one hand India has 3rd largest number of
billionaire after China and America .i.e.,119 , on other hand , poverty
is still in effective existence .
We have slipped down by 2 places in
terms of transparency and corruption in world ranking . Corruption is
the main reason of dissatisfaction with the deprived . It is
estimated that the Maoists have started to build their bases in the
North Eastern Region and at the confluence of Kerala, Karnataka and
Tamil Nadu .
Government of India now has two ways.
First, either they crush the Naxalite movement. In this situation,
the possibility of a new incarnation of the problem can be born.
Secondly, negotiating with the Maoists and giving away their reasons
for dissatisfaction.
The glory of peace is always
appreciated by a power accomplishment. There is hope for success in
this. Therefore, taking full precautions, the government can make a
peace agreement with the Maoists .
